About Ta' Bedu Farmhouse, Gozo

Built using traditional methods and furnished with restored antique furniture and original oil paintings, great effort has been made to give this property a homely atmosphere.

It is to my father the late Major Alfred Cachia nicknamed ‘Bedu’ that I have dedicated this property.

The Property is set on two floors with the living quarters set on the 1st floor and the sleeping quarters on the ground floor. On the ground floor There are 3 bedrooms which are all equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom which has a double bed, is ensuite. Whilst the other two bedrooms have 2 separate beds in each room and share another bathroom which is situated on the same floor. There is also a TV area with cable TV on the same floor. The main bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have doors that lead into a court yard which leads to the lower gardens and eventually to the pool area.

On the first floor the layout is open plan with is a sitting room including a fire place and a separate dinning room. There is also a shower room with toilet. The kitchen together with a separate outside terrace is also situated on this floor. The Terrace also leads to the lower gardens were the Barbeque area is.

The lower gardens lead to the Pool area which has pleanty of sundeck area and is totally Private. There are six sun beds with mattresses and a separate table with benches for dinning by the pool. The pool is approximately 40 feet long and seven feet deep at the deepest end. There is a10 foot section on the shallow end that is approximately 1 foot deep in which one can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink whilst in the pool.
